B-ad Agency undertakes to process your Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms (hereinafter the “Data Protection Act”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD). 1.2.4 Legal basis for processing The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of B-ad Agency to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site, as well as to evaluate its audience. Invisible pixels We use a software technology called web beacons (also known as web beacons or web beacons), which helps us to better manage the Website by telling us which content is most effective.
